5-week Spanish language program
 |
Lake Pehoe, Torres
del Paine National Park |
Improve your Spanish by living with a Chilean family and attending
high school for five weeks in the summer. Although students are
“auditing” the classes, participation is welcomed. Course
work includes, but is not limited to, Spanish, history, math, biology
and chemistry. Many of the host families live in the city of Rancugua,
near Santiago, Chile’s capital. Chile also has a ski center,
Chapa Verde, located 45 miles from the city center. Since Chile
celebrates a mid-winter holiday, students attend school for three
weeks only. No visa is required for this program.
