American Youth Abroad (AYA) study abroad programs for high school students will only be available through Spring 2008. Please refer to each program's information page for Spring 2008 application details and deadlines.

We urge you to complete this application with the help of your parent or guardian. Send the completed application and $500 non-refundable application fee ($750 for Spain semester or year program) to the AIFS Foundation office. Your application will be forwarded to our overseas partner, who will review it and make a determination on your acceptance. You will be notified upon their decision.

Please note: Applications must be completed in the country’s native language, with the exception of Austria, Italy, Brazil, the Netherlands and Thailand. Students applying to Chile need only include an essay in Spanish. Refer to the application for specific details.
