AYA National Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal
November 7-11, 2013 at the Hotel Altis, Rua Castilho
The AYA National Meeting is held at an exciting international location each year with approximately 130 Local Coordinators, staff, overseas partners and guests in attendance. There is a full day of professional development & training workshops and 2 days free for optional tours of the area that are arranged by AYA just for our group.
This year we will be staying at the beautiful Hotel Altis in Lisbon, Portugal. Lisbon is a beautiful city on the ocean, filled with cobblestone streets, churches, museums, quaint shops and an abundance of great food. Optional tours will take us to see some of the famous sights surrounding Lisbon, the rolling countryside and tours are sure to include an incredible castle or two!
Your hotel accommodations and some meals are included as well as our final dinner and dance celebration that always proves to be a great time. This is a great way to get to know other Local Coordinators and the AYA staff as well as to visit another part of the world!
