Academic Year in America - host a foreign exchange student

Academic Year in America (AYA) has been in operation since 1981, enabling nearly 15,000 foreign exchange students from more than 30 countries to live with families in the United States while attending high school for a semester or academic year. Each year more than 1,000 foreign exchange students come to the United States with AYA. They share their language, culture and customs with host families and friends. They are bright, eager ambassadors from all parts of the world, 15 to 18 1/2 years old.
