 International
students from around the world have an "American dream"—to
spend the year experiencing the simple, everyday things we take for granted.
A boy
in Germany is eager to go to an American baseball game. A girl from
Poland dreams of dressing up and going to the prom. A Brazilian boy
has heard about Halloween and wants to experience the holiday festivities
for himself. A South African girl who has never seen a snowfall would
like to learn to ski.
You and
your family will benefit in many ways from welcoming one of these
young people into your home and sharing your everyday life:
